Welcome to

The classic answer to the question “How do you get to Carnegie Hall?” is “practice, practice, practice”.

To practice peace is to practice nonviolence. We live in a culture where separation, hatred, blaming, attack, and defense have become normalized. This is NOT normal. The only result is to cause suffering; no minds are changed, nobody wins, nobody is happy.

Peace is our inheritance, our natural true state, and fear is a distortion that we are taught. To live nonviolently at peace is to recover our true perception of the world and its people. To be actively nonviolent is to become courageous in love over the root cause of fear.

Our lives are directed by our thoughts.  In a world gone mad we do not have to join the insanity. To practice peace is to become aware of thoughts of conflict, realizing that you have the power to see things differently, and you can allow fear-based images to pass through without becoming stuck in your head. Our behavior follows.  As you change your thinking, you’ll transform how you experience your life — and ultimately, you do your part to change our world.  Practice, practice, practice.

This website is not commercial (.com), nor an organization (.org), but rather a network (.net) of people for whom nonviolence, love, forgiveness, compassion, and peace are the unifying factors. We share resources to support our Spiritual Health.

Peace is rarely denied to the peaceful
